Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck in repeating patterns, or carrying emotional pain that has been difficult to resolve on their own. Even when life appears manageable on the surface, something deeper may still feel unsettled. Therapy can offer a supportive space to explore these experiences with compassion and curiosity, allowing healing and meaningful change to emerge.
My greatest passion in life is helping people. Through the therapeutic process, I support clients in overcoming life’s challenges, reconnecting with their inner strengths, and moving toward greater authenticity and fulfillment.
My therapeutic style is warm, accepting, and collaborative. I view therapy as a supportive partnership where we work together to deepen self-understanding and create space for growth and transformation.
My Approach
My work integrates experiential and trauma-informed therapies that help address emotional difficulties at their root rather than simply managing surface symptoms.
I incorporate approaches such as Gestalt therapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Ketamine Assisted Therapy and Psychedelic integration work, depending on each client’s individual needs. These methods support the mind–body connection and help access deeper emotional and nervous system processes where healing can occur.
I work with adults experiencing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, as well as issues related to self-esteem, emotional patterns, and personal growth.
Multicultural Perspective
I was born and raised in Ukraine and immigrated to the United States more than a decade ago. My personal and professional experiences allow me to understand the unique challenges that can arise during major life transitions and cultural adaptation.
I speak English, Russian, and Ukrainian fluently, and I welcome clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
